Well done :D

Take good care of the fry and you will be rewarded with a big group of L-046 you can sell and earn money from.

Best regards

I believe there is always at least one more than you first count. I thought I had 4 L260 in the breeding tank but once I removed every possible hiding place I fished out 11 of them.

The zebras that are breeding where about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4in long last march. Now there from 3 to 2 3/4in hard to tell what ones are breeding. If the babys stay the male then he's only 2 3/4in long.So the zebras i have should be about 1 1/2 years old.I heard it takes a couple of years at least. So i don't know my are only at best a year and 1/2 old.steve

that is remarkable. i got a pair of zebras that are right at 3 years old and they just bred for first time, i received a pair from a dear friend back in summer of 08 and they havent bred yet they are f1's. so Its amazing your pair bred being so young, whats your setup and how many zebra adults do u have total in same tank? also tank size and layout type?

I have 15 zebras in a 40 gal. breeder tank i use a fluval 305 and maxi-jet 1200 both with sponge filters on the in take.I used to test the water the first couple months then i stop, i change the water every 2 or 3 days I have 6 round caves and 3 square caves and a couple of pieces of bog wood, and pool filter sand. All 3 sides and the top are cover with a dark tint only the front is clear. They get zucchini, shrimp all par boiled with garlic and frozen bloodworms 6 days a week 1 day they don't get anything.temp83 to84 F.steve
