Achara Catfish

hay guy later on to day i got a phone call, asking me if i would be intrested in a pair of ''Achara Catfish'' i have looked at pictures of them and they do look good, and just wondering what they would be like, also what sort of price would they cost, they told me they would sell me them at £60 for the pair.

That's the common name for . They grow a bit bigger than most normal tanks would accept, but if you have decent size indoor pond, sure, fine fish to keep.

my tank is 4ft by 15inch by 18inch, and is full of bog wood and plants,
the Achara Catfish from the shop are around 5-6inch both of them
would u say £60 would be a right price for them?

I have no idea what these would cost under different conditions. I expect that you'd be looking to spend about £2000 on a bigger tank within a couple of years tho, so is the price of the fish of a great importance right now?
