I get some new L199 today and one of them look very different then the rest.
It's L199 to the right but I dont know what the left is.

And this is from the side of the same fish.

They came in the same box from Colombia.

HI!
From what I remember your fish seems to look a lot like one of these new type LDA19, the body pattern is highly similar, but the colouration is a bit different.
Cheers

Janne - I believe the "different" colored L199 your talking baout has already been discussed here: http://forum.planetcatfish.com/viewtopi ... ight=lda19

It seems to be a regular bycatch in L199 abd has a slightly more Orange coloration ... well you can read the link and if you need anything further I'm sure Shane can interject w/ further details.

Andy, it's not in that thread and I'm very sure that is not either L199 or L202.
I will make a visit to the wholesaler here and see if there any more of them.

Hi!

The only thing that bother me with this fish is that LDA19 is usually found as contaminant in shipping of L129 and not L199...
But it really looks like the new Hypancistrus sp coming from Colombia and thought to be similar to LDA19!
Cheers

I have bought 5 more of them when I was visiting the wholesaler last week, the only information I get was that they are cought in Venezuela but shipped out from Colombia.
And they are labelled as LDA19, I get it wrong that they was mixed with L199 and the first one I get was by mistake packed with my new L199.
