Due to the rareness of suttonorum, I'd say it's cochliodon.

The fishes appearing in the hobby recently are from territory e.g. the Rio Catatumbo, Maracaibo basin, so I think it's that species as I haven't seen blacker for years.

Where was the fish from?

I have a 5 fish 22-28 cm.
I am not sure where these from, because to Israel these arrived from USA.

I would agree with jools; I was not aware that the new animals had been officially recognized as suttornums, but given the prevalence of the lateral ridges in these newly imported animals that are certainly not cochliodon.
