Just how big do these guys GET? I've heard three inches, four...even five!
I have 4 of these beauties in a 20 gallon tank....if they get five inches, won't they be stunted?
But if you tame me, then we shall need each other. To me, you will be unique in all the world. To you, I will be unique in all the world..... You become responsible, forever, for what you have tamed.

C. splendens grow to 75 - 80 mm Standard length (tip of snout to the caudal peduncle)
C. britskii are the largest of the group reaching a masive 140 mm SL in the wild, the largest I have seen in the hobby are a couple of specimens that were imported shortly after they were first discovered, these measured 105 mm SL. The retail price was just as large, almost £1.00 per milimetre
Since these first imports I have not seen any so large.
