18.3 at my xx attempt....on one leg and one knee.... before finally standing up and crashing backwards on my back...lol in the amazing time of about a minute...now this is what I call serious olympic performances...

My question is can you actually run with that thing...

he didn't go much further than 30 meters but in few moments you can clearly see how proper running should looks like
