I bought this fish out of a tank labelled otocinclus, but this is clearly not an affinis, though I also got an affinis out of the same tank. Sorry, the photo is not very good. That is a standard Eheim return tube, so you can see how small the fish currently is compared to the output holes.

A better photo might help, but there are loads of better qualified posters on loricariids than me :oops: - I'm sure a proper ID will be offered soon

I'm wondering if it might be Hisonotus notatus. That's a small specie from the same region as Otocinclus Affinis.
