time stamps

I'm not sure that the subject is accurtely stated but here is what I just observed: I refreshed the screen after being away for awhile in order to see any new posts. On the Board Index screen it stated that the current time was Thur Jan 31 11:40am. On the right side of the screen, it stated that my last visit was Thur Jan 31 12:48am - meaning that I don't do my last visit for an hour and 8 minutes yet. No big deal, but it does make me ask another question: It is 7:40pm on Wed here in California or 16 hours away from the forum server. Wher is the server; it isn't apparently in Great Britain as I had thought.

I think the current server is in the UK, but I'm not sure.

But more to the point, you can set your current timezone for you in the User Control Panel, under "Board Preferences".
