how do u breed l200's tiger plcos

i have a bunch of tiger plecos but i cant really tell if there male or female.
there a real good fish, and i`m gonna try and breed them soon,
so if u have any suggestions please tell

My L200 and L128 probably have 20 centimeters.

Their gill punctures the growth to be very long, moreover pectoral grows the thorn.

I want to know their male gender and the female difference.
