Panaque and Scobiancistrus l14

Post by costatus7 »

Hello Catfish Keepers :D :D :D :D :D :D

Has anyone had any experiance with keeping theese plecs together, especially as they get larger and more terratorial. my l14 is about 10 cm now and want to possibly add a panaque nigrolineatus of about the same size to my tank if its possible, my tank is 450 ltr 5ft . Thanks for any advice you can give.

I have 3 Scobiancistrus aureatus, 1 Panque nigrolineatus and even 1 Pseudicanthicus leopardus in a 150 gallon tank right now. The L14's battle each other mostly and that is a rare event. My fish range in size from 5-8" in size so they aren't full grown but I do have other tanks I can move them into if things change.Good luck!
