it does appear that you have atleast two females. there is one that i see as a possible female that isnt filled with eggs. but it most likely is the way the cory is sitting cause I am only seeing this in the last photo

also on another note I had crossed refferanced these three to the cat-e-log and had figured them to be Panaqulos sp. cf. maccus due to the color pattern of them when I bought them. i had figured there would be some differances in markings of this fish, which there are with the three I have. and on ...

Caol_ila it isnt L204. all three had the white striping when I bought them. I have a feeling this is due to poor feeding practices of the distibuter and the store. I had gotten them out of a tank of clown plecos along with the Ancistomus sp(1) that I have had for a few months now. both of these 2 ...

Mid-water cories

Anyone have some names on some mid-water swimming cories? I have heard C. elegans have been known to go mid-water, but is this there normal habit? do they do this in open water or thru plantings? I have 20 C. pygmaeus comeing to me shortly and I have seen them all over the tank in some nice ...

 I just had to post my reply for this one. I currenly have three of these. They are now around 7cm TL and when I bought them they were around 3cm TL. The reticulated pattern increases as they get larger and that very nice yellow coloration depends on there food. The 2 I have that have taken to ...

C. barbatus Questions

I am aware of the males being territorial. :?: My question is, are the males going to be territorial twords my B. splendens :?: I have a total of 6 B. splendens and would like to pick up a pair of C. barbatus. I know of a breeder that has them pretty small, just to the point of being sexable, and ...

If I am remembering what i had read up on B. splendens, they can have anywheres from a nice briliant emerald green to almost a brownish bronze coloration. mine seem to flip flop thru that color range. I am not sure if it has to do with there moods or what I am feeding them that causes the color ...
