Parancistrus aurantiacus is one of the most famous pleco who have this transformation. Also Hypostomus luteus is capable to ...

Then you go to your "My Cats" list [e.g. by following the link to the right of one of your own posts) to "Add breeding log". The more information you add, the more points ...

Im just wondering if someone here knows how to sexing these big panaques, specially L190.

Re: 12" Plec, has very fine spikes all over his body?
I will say Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps cause they have a higher body and a different pattern than a pardalis.
I can also see that you have a pardalis in the third pic.

Re: Synodontis ornatipinnis?
It is close but to me the bands on the caudal and dorsal are off and I can see decora like color, hard to explain that. These will still be a nice looking syno regardless and if grown out more you will likely see differences to a true ornatapinnis. Birger Well i bought them cause i wanted a bigger ...

Re: Synodontis ornatipinnis?
No i asked him and he didn't know. He couldn't remember when they came in (probably sep/okt)and i think they are from Glaser Germany.
He thought it was bought as decoura.
But like you said it can be hybrids but i hope it is ornatipinnis.
