So its not a Synodontis bastiani, I recognise the name Eburneensis. Someone pointed out a link on another forum, where I recognise the name from. Although neither really look the same really. Will a Schall get a blue color as it matures? That first picture is pretty neat looking on the profiles here ...

I got a ton of these guys now, the adult group if from 3 different sources. I thought this would be good for genetics for hopeful breeding later. I got this from a LFS that gets odd ball Synodontis in from time to time. Last time I got a Soloni and a Eupterus, and this last time I was there I got a eubenistirs(sp?) Do madtoms occur in Lakes that are fed by the Mississippi? We caught something like that that we thought was a bullhead. But in a tank full of bullheads you could tell that it was not one.

Synodontis Dorsomaculatus

Silurus thought the Synodontis species I wanted ID'd was a Dorsomaculatus. I can not find any pictures of them anywhere, does anyone have any to compare to mine?
