Its a wiptail catfish, maybe a Hemiloricaria beni? not sure, nice fish . It is in the hemiloricaria family. So look in that. Hope this helps some.

It was about an 8th of an inch. I found a magnifing glass and looked at it. Two eyes and what looked like to wings underneath, To me it looked like an insect larvy of some typ, so im not going to worry about it, just keep an eye one them for now. Have no idea where it came from? thanks

Was he active in the fish store? Did he look heathy. Do you have a place for him to hide. Is he moveing around in your tank. Some fish take a little more time to adjust in a new place.
