I always use a half-dose treatment of Quick Cure. It takes longer, but it normally does the trick if you catch it early enough.

One of those fish will be dead soon. People don't realize how viscious plecos can be, but you now have proof. That mouth may look harmless, but they don't gum the wood, if you know what I mean.

The fish will survive just fine in the african water parameters. Of course, they'll be blind, but they will survive. They'll be blind because the yellow labs will eat out their eyes. Like the song says, "Don't ask me how I know."

I have kept both of these fish in the same aquarium without any problems, however, the aquarium was bigger than 29 gallons. That being said, I would suggest giving both of them suitable places to hide out that are away from each other.

Sexing L-027 Royal Plecos

I can't seem to find any information on how to sex these fish. Does anyone know how to do this?
