What might this catfish be..?
Apparently the fish's spots aren't as brightly colored as they are on this picture, they are a paler beige color.

I'm not asking anybody to commit to an answer - I'm only asking for an opnion. If I thought that there was a failproof way of telling I wouldn't have needed to ask for others opinions. An opinion or two, like Zebraplec was kind enough to offer, would be greatly apreciated if anybody would like to ...

The numbers on the first page corresponds with the numbers on the compare all page. Nr4 is nr4 on the compare all photos as well. It is number4 and 6 I'm hoping are females :) Nr8 is the youngest, I can track it's history back 3 years. The others are older, but nr8 has gained a lot in size during ...

Hi all, I know you're probably sick of these requests as there's plenty of information on how to sex a zebra available, but after having had my Zebras for a year now, I'm still not sure if I have a female in my group. I find it very hard to see the difference between a female and a submissive male ...

I also am trying to identify the gender of my Zebras. I have 5, about 3" long, so they should be large enough to identify. I've read about the more pronounced odontodes on the males, and a more curved pectoral fin in the females, plus a heaver body in the female, but these would all depend on the ...

Hi Janne, I was looking at L- 316, but the tail looks completely different. Can that be a matter of age? The one I have is 7 cm including the tail, but that in itself wouldn't be an indication of age, as it would depend on how large this specie can grow I suppose. BTW, the color of the fish is not ...

New Zebra?
I bought a fish labelled L318 New Zebra. I seem to be unable to find any information about this fish, and wondered if it's correctly identified.
