you can try add one of those hydro circulation powerhead at the top toward the back of your tank on the side of the glass. I just listed frozen and fresh food. I also have hikari wafer. I don't use flake as they are messy than anything.

ok, for the veggie I feed, I have zuccini, sweet potato, yam, broccoli (the body of the broccoli), watermelon, pea, and corn, along with frozen bloodworm and mysis.

Some do prefer other than others. But I tried to alternate the type of food every other day.

Dave, our L66 king tiger male once had new eggs, wigglers, and fry in a cave. It does happen quite often especially they like that cave.
