My guess would be L182 although 180, 181 and 182 all look alike, L182 is easier to find or more commonly found.

Most BN can grow to around 6 inches, but with any fish the size of the tank and what you feed them can help detemine thier size. Also BN can grow slow. There are dwarf species that only grow to about 4 inches.

It looks really close to a L182 but the large white spots stump me a little. Anyway, that would be my guess.
