a friend referred me to this site...i am more of a pleco catfish enthusiast and i need some help

i think this is a bristlenose because i see some bristles on its snout...can you help me identify what kind of catfish this is...

It looks really close to a L182 but the large white spots stump me a little. Anyway, that would be my guess.

actually the white spots are more of a light yellow colored spot... i really don't know... anyway thank you for your guess... hope someone could clarify and confirm that this species is an l182..

hey guys someone told me that this is L255 medusa spotted pleco... it looks similar but the spots are not white like the ones the L255 has

It is not L255.

I have seen several imports of these fish all came from Peru.

I'll try to match with an L number later.
