What a great site!!!

I bought a bristlenose catfish a few days ago, at least that's what I think it is. It's what I told the guy at the LFS it was, anyway!

Can anyone give me more information on this guy? His name is Randolph and he's just over 3 inches

Your fish is a male Ancistrus triradiatus. Take a look in the Cat-elog for more inormation.

Could you point out what differentiates this fish from Ancistrus sp. 1 in the Catalog? I ask because I have a bn that resembles both of them.
