what to feed LDA025 fry?
My LDA025 (parotocinclus jumbo/pitbull pleco) just made me a good 50 fry...I'm used to breeding cories, and information concerning these plecos are kind of sparse, so I was wondering if cucumber combined with various algae-wafers would be a good bet?
Best regards,
Kim

Kim,
I have not spawned these but I would try the foods you mentioned plus cooked peas (squashed and dropped in the tank) and pre-rinsed canned string beans.

Hmmm...moved half of the fry to another tank along with some water from the parents' tank last night. Now I'va lost about half of them, but the ones reamining in the parents' tank are fine. Guess I shouldn't have moved them...
They've been offered a slice of cucumber, wich they didn't eat. But decapsulated brine shrimp eggs and the "dust" on the tank sides are eaten readily
so it's not completely hopeless.
