Anyone got any info? I can get some adults (2 now and possibly 3 in a few weeks) and was wondering if they are suitable for a little breeding project?

Hi!

Why wasting money in buying Xantho which will certainly lose their colour once arriving (until they regain them) as you can buy for much cheaper price "regular" specimen of this species that might change their colour once well establish...

HI!

Have a look at this album!

TKP Gallery

Basically this fish keep his coloration only when kept in adequate condition, optimal water condition with lots of currents and if he is the dominant fish unless he lose it.
If he is normal coloration these conditions will help him getting that colour...

Can't remember if only males are coloured that way...
