Problem with Schwartz's cory

Post by Gingercat »

One of my five Schwartz corydoras can no longer rest properly, keeps keeling over onto its side. It swims upright ok, but not far, and I think it's eating, though it's hard to tell. This started a couple of days ago, and I keep expecting to find it dead, but it's hanging in there. Does anybody have any idea what might be going on and if it can be treated? As of tomorrow, I can put him in my quarantine/hospital tank.

When things seems strange, do a water change! That will usually help.
