Something changed here? No translation of "German"

Something changed here? No translation of "German"

Hi,
what happened?
Some hours ago everything worked fine, but now suddenly German "umlaut" letters (�¶-oe, �¼-ue, �¤-ae) and apostrophs are translated in curious signs...
I did _not_ change anything on my computer...

thanks, works again.

But the letters written yesterday are still in this strange "transformation" ;) (don´t care, not important).
