I was thinking of getting some a while ago but the high price coupled with the fact that I heard they lose the attractive juvenile markings almost completly as adults made me pass on them. I have never seen them in real life however.

Hi!
I doubt it only grow up to 20cm!!
I assume these would at least grow to 30cm and could possibly reach 40 something cm...
Cheers

they remind me of A. adonis?
even if they lose a lot of the white markings, wouldnt they still be a nice deep black, still attractive

Hi!
When full grown they lost their attractive colouration...
It is more black/greyish overall body colour than deep black...
Cheers

A lot of difference between the small ones and the adult ones. The small ones look so much nicer with their colouration imo.
