could someone who has been using live bloodworms please answ

if bloodworms go into your soil dont they turn into mosquitoes seeing as they are red mosquito larvae. and how come my smaller ictus doesnt like them

Bloodworm are actually the larvae of a non-biting Chironomid Midge, and not a true Mosquito, so you don't need to worry about them hatching into little bloodsuckers...
As for your Pictus, maybe it's just fussy. It wouldn't be unknown in fish for any given individual of a species to decide it doesn't like a food that most others will wolf down.

but will it still hatch into a fly?will i have a room full of flies?will i have to grab a frog from the stream in my back garden and leave him in my room?

I wouldent worry about it m8.
The larvae will take so long to hatch, they will more like become someones dinner while there at the surface hatching.

No they breed as flys, and would rather lay there eggs in still water.
