Silurichthys -S. schneideri Found area:Cardamon Range between Thailand und Kambodscha(DAtz)

Very bad picture from DATZ site.I believe that we have these in one LFs. Is identification correct?
Well i wish i was a catfish
swimmin in a oh, deep, blue sea (Muddy Waters, Catfish blues)

I'm not sure if i'm talking about the same fishes but i just saw a bit similar ones. I noticed they had nice looking barbels with dark/cream color alternating. Is that usefull for finding id?

Barbel banding doesn't work in identifying to species. You can download the revision of this group from my website.
Silurichthys schneideri has more anal-fin rays than any other congeners.

No, it's a hillstream-type species.
