number of zebra's L46's for a 190L tank

i have a Juwel trigon 190L tank set up with my zebras i have now counted 9 fish in my main tank now how many could i put in to there new house would all 9 of them be ok in the tank i have lots of pipes and rock's in the tank as well as some bog wood for places to hide i have set this tank up to try and breed them in there own tank i have 10 small shrimp in the tank as well to clean it up as well as a few guppies :P free food

I think that 9 is a good number, complete the population with the young fry you will get if you set every thibg correctly...
