Rob,
Sounds like a nice tank. The only fish that are going to be a problem are the pictus cats. I assume they are small as you still have the tetras and kribs. I would get rid of the pictus cats before the only thing left in the tank are two fat pims.
With the pictus gone you will have a nice balanced tank with plenty of room for the two plecos and four small angels. The kribs will do fine with plecs. The Brachyrhamdia could become a problem if the kribs mate as he will likely eat most, if not all, of their fry.

Thanks for the reply. The pictus cats are small, only about 10cm at the moment. I know people who'll want them so that's not a problem. I intend to grow the four angelsto full size in the tank, if (but more likely when) two pair up I'll get rid of the other two. The kribs try (and do) breed all the time, but their eggs get eaten fairly regularly, I'm not looking to breed them at the moment as I'm down to one tank, the other seven are in storage as i'm still at university.

Would five corys be a good replacement for the pictus cats? I did have 5 Corydoras adolfoi in there, but going to university meant combining the tanks, so the sevrums picked them off over about a year.

Again, thanks for the reply.
