Both the Liposarcus pardilis (common pleco) and the Glypteroichtys gibbiceps (common sailfin) are often found as albino.
As they both get quite big (12-24" depending on where they are kept) they will eat a lot. Zuccini gets chomped down very quickly and so do most veggies you would feed plecos (cucumbers, lettuce, nori, sweet potato, etc. ) I have personally not tried feeding fruit but I don't see there being a problem.
If you have other fish in the tank, the plecos will probably get some of the flake food or pellets that fall to the bottom - if not you should try feeding some as many prepared foods are fortified with vitamins and balanced. This will keep their diet balanced. They love shrimp and pieces of fish.
Basically you can feed almost anything but just watch what doesn't get eaten so you can remove it before it fouls the water.
