Un ID'd Doradid

Wow, I've been posting a lot of questions lately.
Anyways, my LFS has this little baby doradid, I want it lol
It always hides and is a mottled tan / brown color. It looks much like a miniature verson of O. niger only is more stout. What could it be?

I have a chance to get several baby uranoscopus for a good price. Are they better off in a shoal, or would they fight once they're bigger?

They ignore each other. I don't think keeping a shoal of 2 ft long boxy fish (yes, I have seen several specimens around that size) would be feasible, especially since they grow EXTREMELY quickly. Maybe in that 50'x50'x10' tank you have

So just one would be okay on its own? I used to have one housed with a
Pseudodoras niger, a Sailfin pleco and a
Hemibagrus wyckioides. The
uranoscopus grew much more slowly than these, which is why I am considering it.
