Another bumblebee cat question.

Turns out that the Bumblebee that the fish store had was the smaller species that has more yellow, which was still a cool fish. One store did say they could get the one I was looking for, but told me that it was highly aggressive. I don't know if she meant it would eat anything small enough to fit in its mouth, or it would attack other fish in the tank.

When it reaches 4-5", I will be removing the smaller fish and putting them in another tank. I was wanting to get a Snakeskin gourami that can get 6-8" long (I have read both from different sources) and leave him in with the cat.

Is this safe or will he attack it at night?

Microglanis are quite safe with all but the smallest fish. I'm keeping mine with 1.5" tetras without any problems.

What about Batrochoglanis raninus? I guess it would have helped if I would have said that at some point in the post. Sorry.

Batrochoglanis can be kept with anything two-thirds its size or more. I have mine with a similar-sized .
