Questions on L047 and sexing/spawning.

Recently I found some decent sized L047 for a decent price of $40 a piece(for them decent at least). They are all around 3-5" in size, and I purchased one today. I was hoping to hear if anyone knew how I could go about venting them to discover sex, possible ratios, etc. I have never heard of anyone spawning mangos before, but have decided that it is worth a go. And also, if anyone has a clue how I should go about trying to spawn them in turns of tank setup, current, etc. Any help would be great, and I can provide pics of the one I have purchased if anyone believes them to be sexable at this size. Data on the site puts average size at 11.2", any guess as to sexual maturity would be good too. Thanks ahead of time to everyone who posts.
