Hi, did you read the articles in Shanes World and the COTM and the ICOSA internet lecture I referred you to in your first post? Larry Vires did a chat lecture on the subject that should have all the details you're looking for. None of us mind answering questions, we just can't possibly cover in a post the basics like that that have been so carefully thought out and detailed in depth like the articles do. Hope they help!
