Guess we have encountered the equalent of Virgin Mary in the fish world, a home breed wild caught(a pregnant virgin). You could ofcourse let it go in a river and catch it again claiming it now was a genuine wild caught! Is this fish also known as Xantos artificial coloured or what? Do they look as freaky in nature or are it something chemical induced mutations somewhere in China?

I think he merely means an albino fish was wild caught, and from that fish his friend has started breeding a captive line. So, the first instance of albinism was in a wild-caught fish rather than a mutation that came to light after a few captive breedings.

Kind of surprising to catch an albino in the wild. Usually they don't last long enough because they stand out so well.
