Is this an L080 Peckoltia ?

I couldn't resist this little fellow today when I was at the LFS.. $5.00 dollar sale for small Plecos.. they had some bristlenoses and some commons, but just one of these. I was assured that he would only grow to 4" or so so I took him home. (Even if he gets bigger, I'll move things around so he has a home in one of my tanks) Right now, he seems so tiny..about 1.25 inches. He's not shy though, he's swimming all over the place

What do you think?

Definately not L080 anyway, chances are it's a young .
Of course that's assuming is has Panaque teeth, like these..
