S. granulosus: damaged fin

Hello,
I have just recovered 4 S. granulosus that were kept with large cichlids and a tetraodon. So two of them are missing part or all of the adipose fin.
I have had them in quarantine for 3 days in a 450L tank and I notice that their fins are very frayed. They eat well and have no other problems at the moment. The hierarchy has not yet been established properly, which may be the cause of its tears.
Apart from maintaining good hygiene, how can I help them rebuild their fins? They are all affected: pectoral, dorsal, anal and caudal.
I was thinking of putting UV rays on them, good or bad idea?
