Error message when updating kept species requiring an edit

Hi Jools,
I responded to an automated email today asking me to update my species. For all the species that required "no change," the actions went smoothly. But one species I no longer keep, so I had to submit a date for when the "stop keeping" occurred. When I typed in the stop keeping date and hit submit, I got this error message:
