Actually, you better give them whole fish, that contains more than just the proteins the filets contains.

Especially the gut of the fish is very important, as there you will find the vitamins the victim ate before, vitamins which normaly are not fouond in meat.

But also the skeleton - the gulper is a soift water fish, which therefore will need to eat calcium (bones) for it's own growth

The intestines are the only place where fish absorb vitamins, right?

But - those other parts are also digestive. That is, fish don't adsorb vitamins from the water they swim in, right?

Your post was in reply to an earlier post that appears to be from an AI or other fake profile. That post was deleted and the user profile banned.

Thanks very much for your message! I usually been stuffing the tilapia with hikari pellts, earthworms & feed frozen silversides!
I also been shaping repashy like a fish and that goes over well also!

I read and was told that water soluble vitamins can be assimilated by fish from water. Could you tell me more please?

I gave some of our fish B1 baths based on that info.

(This is in the wrong forum btw).
