London aquarium suggestions

Post by helepolis »

Good evening, I have a couple of days' layover in London this month and was curious if there are any good local fish stores or aquariums to go check out. Also, open to suggestions for anything else! Thanks!

Agree with above. Wholesale Tropicals was my first "fish shop slotted into a business trip" adventure back in the day. They used to advertise really cool stock lists (in PFK maagzine) that I drooled over and so it was a must to see for me. A family store, haven't been in over a decade.

It is actually possible to do a day trip to Pier Aquatics on the train from London - it's walking distance from the station...

Cheers,

Jools

Neither had I until I went in recently. It's EXACTLY the same.

Proper old-school style shop, but still got some tasty fish, especially in the nano tanks. !
