Hello @zenecas, I keep or have kept several species of small Hypancistrus (L201, H. debilittera, and a couple of others) in 75L (20 US Gallon) tanks. I've kept them in tanks this volume with the tanks being both the long style tanks (~60cm long) and the tall style tanks (~50cm long), but my preference is the long style tanks for the increased floor area. For larger Hypancistus, or a group of 10 adults, I'd go with a tank 1.5-2x larger in volume, 1 meter long or longer.

Good luck!
Eric
