Note to self: New species needing added to CLOG

Jools,
While you're working on the login issues and all the other error messages, I'm making a list for myself of species that need to be added to the CLOG after everything is fixed.
You can ignore this list; I'm making it for myself as a placeholder, because certainly I'll forget these if left to my own devices.
Cheers, Eric
Parauchenoglanis zebratus
Rineloricaria nudipectoris
Glyptothorax irroratus
Ancistrus cf_leucostictus
Pariolius pax
Pariolius maldonadoi

added using the "undescribed species" function which now looks fully working to me!

Thanks for the fix. Cf_leucostictus will be the large Ancistrus I brought back from Peru (I've been calling it Ancistrus sp. Rio Nanay but I never added it to the catalog because I suspected it had an ID. Emanuel Neuhaus is working with this same fish and is doing genetic tests to determine whether it's real leucostictus or not.
Cheers, Eric

All caught up. Thanks again.

Just on that Ancistrus, IIRC A. leucostictus is restricted to Guyana. L120 is the "large with black with white spots" Ancistrus most commonly exported from Peru. As a related aside, the catelog entry for A. leucostictus shows two spp. One identified by taxonomists/experts (Lujan, not sure need to check) and one that matches the (early) description. It's another one that needs the old magnifying glass, pipe and deerstalker treatment.
HTH,
Jools

Another note to self for me: A species that needs a CLOG page is Lasiancistrus mayoloi. I haven't added it yet because (1) I don't know yet if we can equate
to L. mayoloi (vs. leaving L386 free-standing and create a new CLOG page for L. mayoloi; I just posted about that in the Science news forum) and (2) I just asked Mark Sabaj permission to use 3 of his photos of L. mayoloi. Once I receive permission, I could create a new CLOG page for mayoloi with his pics, and leave L386 alone, perhaps with an added note that it might be either guacharote or mayoloi.
Also,
needs its distribution confined to the "Upper Cauca" according the the paper. The other coastal reports (including the Atrata) need to be assigned to L. mayoloi once that CLOG page is established. According to the paper, mayoloi is in the "Pacific Coast drainages of northern Colombia (Baudó, San Juan) and southern Panamá (Bayano, Tuira) and the Caribbean slope Atrato River basin in Colombia and Mandinga River basin in Panamá."
Also,
is now a synonym of
, so the former CLOG page needs reassigned somewhere else and the lombarderoi name synonymized to barbatus.
Connecting the two self reminders, if we prefer to leave L386 free-standing, I can rename lombarderoi to mayoloi.
Cheers to self, Eric (LOL)

Hi Eric,
Good note, I've commented on what I think (L386 stands along for now). Admin functions should all be up and running but give me a shout if you need anything done/checked.
Cheers!

These also need to be added with CLOG pages (even though I've already put CLOG tags on them, the pages don't yet exist) :

When the Rename function is working, we can overwrite the invalid Hypostomus CLOGS listed in my other moderator thread (
HERE).
Also a couple of species need to be renamed (no CLOG pages need be overwritten):
