Hi everyone, this is one of the 5 little L046s that I recently adopted. They are all about 2/3 cm and fit in a tank dedicated to them of about 60 liters. The young were born in captivity, from a breeder in my country (Italy), my intent is to try to extrapolate a couple for the future of this wonderful species. Filtration entrusted to a sicce shark 400, 100w heater that guarantees 27 ° C., soft lighting for 8 hours a day, for the moment I administer 2/3 sinking tablets in the evening plankton with spirulina, in the evening with the lights off. For the gravel I opted for a 0.6mm black one. In the tank there are innumerable snails of the physia species, the hypancistrus will be able to eat both the eggs and the small specimens.

Here they are all together behind the filter attachment, after 4 days of their arrival they are seen only in the evening when the light goes out.

Get used to not seeing them except for the occasional tail sticking out of a cave when they’re bigger
Keeping zebras is like kissing your first girlfriend and then not being allowed to tell your friends

Nice zebras! Which filter do you use? I was looking for a new filter for my tank lately. Found a suitable one in this review , really useful though.
It is said that the filter capacity is important. I have 50 gal. tank, hope Tararium A-HBL701 is suited my tank.
