123 or not
I bought a group of 4 cories that were listed as C-123. I am sure they are not. What are the 2 on the right? Are they CW-123? The fish on the left is one of my older C-123 with the obvious yellowish fins -- JS

Re: 123 or not
Those two don't look like c123 to me. Are these wild caught or bred?
As an aside, this lineage is one of the hardest for me to ID.
Cheers,
Eric

Re: 123 or not
Possibly. Again, I hate trying to ID this group. LOL Great little fish, sucky IDs.

Re: 123 or not
I'm not great at cory ID, but they look similar, just missing the yellow, are they younger (look smaller), or stressed (recently introduced)?
I've attached a couple pictures of one of my C123 females .

Re: 123 or not
C123 are very similar to elegans, and are sometimes referred to as an elegans-type Corydoras. So it’s not surprising that the fish are similar except for the yellow fins.

Re: 123 or not
Pretty sure the yellow finnage is a key requirement for it being C123, so the question is are the translucent finned species or not.
Think they might be female perhaps? Not sure about the rarity/likelihood of encountering these things.
