Cory "nana" ID assistance please

Now im back into the world of fishkeeping. Impulsive buy was a group of 10 of these guys for $60. The store labeled those guys as nana as their noses reminded me of the dwarf cories species however those guys are normal sized cories. There were few that was close like elegans? My memory is not the same as it was before and their markings changed to plainer during stress. Im not 100% sure if its all same species yet.

. I can't speak to what you actually have, though.

Its still close but dont think its that cory species. Marking show splotches way more down the body vs the ones in the databases picture file.but you are correct its the closest label on "nanus"

I agree with Mexnotex. They do look like

. Please take more photos when the fish are out of the bags to confirm.

They are currently in QT tank with the other fish I purchased at the LFS. I am dosing now with Paraguard due to some flashing signs from the congo tetras

There is few that has no spots like the female napos pictured thank you for the help.

Yes, I believe you have two species there. Since size is not evident, I don't know if the striped fish are actually

Corydoras(ln5) napoensis

, but I think they are. Not sure about the others, but not merely female napoensis.

Will measure them tomorrow to me they are at least an inch long and they have been through the wringer today being chased around for a while at the LFS before being bagged up and tried to give them space in the QT tank for some time to settle in a bit. They are searching for food already tonight. Bug bites and hikari sinking wafers

Actual size is not critical. I was just trying to figure out how mature they are. I've got some napoensis that are about 2" long TL. Very distinctive color patterns, even for females, as shown on the CLOG page. Yours look similar but not quite what I'm used to for napoensis. That's why I was asking - wondering if they were really small and maybe hadn't developed mature color pattern. But honestly, I haven't seen small napoensis to know what to expect.

The faded stripes color from yesterday stress from one cory has revealed it is just the same as the other cories in female? striping patterning. I have 5 males and 5 females if it is indeed the same species if its a napo cory. One of the cory has been sitting peacefully on the sponge filter eyeballing me. I think I like that cory already!

Measured them smallest one from head to fin is at least 1.5 inches or 4cm long and the largest one is 5cm long took the opportunity measuring them with the ruler when they were at rest against the edge. I think they like the silcone vs glass surface

Update on this group they moved into the 75g tank over the weekend and have been doing well. Still showing the same patterning. My best shot of two with the opposite patterning.

I have moved them into 75g tank and have decided I want a warmer temperature cories in there now so might as well move them into a 55g tank later on when I switch around stock. Not sure if those guys can tolerate warmer temperatures long term. Thats my concern if its really a Napo cory or two different species.
