Error message updating synonyms in CLOG

Hi Jools,
Today I tried to add as a synonym for .
I typed Centromochlus for genus and orca for specific epithet. I wrote "Sarmento-Soares, Lazzarotto, Rapp Py-Daniel & Leitão" (with the non-English type character) for "Described by". I entered Yes for original genus. and I entered 2017 for year.
When I pressed submit, I received this error message:
