Sick albino bristlenose

I have a friend who brought me his male albino bristlenose that was lethargic. I put it in a bare 20 long with some caves by itself and a seasoned filter. It would still swim some but wouldn't run from a hand or net. Well last night I noticed he was curled in a strange position, it would still move around but would stay in that position. I added some aquarium salt last night hoping it would help. This morning he was out but still in the strange position, any ideas?

Something seriously wrong, look at the difference and damage to the pelvic fins.
I would quarantine the fish immediately. As to treatment, I can’t really see from the picture but it looks like a bacterial infection.

he has been quarantined since he came to me the weird thing is today he was hunched to the other side. I'll treat for a bacterial infection when I get there tomorrow
