Hi
So I recently bought this pleco labelled as a snowball pleco. The stripes with the dots caught my atttention as I thought it was interesting. It has a mouth similar to that of a mega clown pleco l340 ( won't suck on glass so i can take a picture of it's mouth). I also noticed some 'scuff marks' om the sides, should I be worried about these as they are not fluffy or protruding. Looks like he rubbed himself on something. Any advice would be appreciated and I will try get a picture of it's mouth.

It's about 2.5 inches (7cm). Here is a side view.

My guess would be a little odd coloured Hypancistrus Contradens.

I wouldn't worry about scuff marks. It's a common thing on plecos and usually disappears after a few days.

Don't think it is a snow ball because it has some really oblong markings. Maybe it is a crossed pleco, but a really nice one.
