Rescued cory

Hi
Saturday I rescued 2 corys and 10 neons from a guy that lost interest in the hobby. He told me the corys are at least 5 years old.
One albino coy is in really bad shape, it has no pectoral fin! The dorsal fin was almost gone, and had some red spots on the caudal fin. I'm keeping it in a hospital tank. When i got home i thought it would die in a few hours, but it is still alive and eating like a healthy fish. The red spots are gone.
Will the pectoral fins grow back?
About the other cory (don't know the species) It seems healthy, but has a white/bluish spot on his eyes, so I'm thinking it might be catarat. I hope it is visible on the photos.
Should I treat them with something?
Any tips?
Thanks
