L075 Question

I have been searching and just can't seem to find an answer. Don't know if it is because there isn't a straight forward answer or if I just am looking in the wrong place. The question is how do you sex L075 Plecos. I have been growing out six wild plecos for a year and a half or so, but can see no differences between male and female. I doubt I have all of one sex but thats my luck. Any help would be appreciated

I'm going to hazard a guess that the one in the middle is male and the one on the right is female. The difference in body shape is subtle but since you've had these for a while and have presumably fed/treated them all the same I think there is a meaningful difference there.

I've currently got six of these guys. A few are pushing 6". While they're all pigs and eat like crazy, I do notice that some are noticeably fatter than others in the midsection. I'm inclined to think they're females. Up until they were at least 5" they all pretty much looked identical in shape.
How big are yours?

I have some for years, and couldnt even start to tell the difference until they were at least 6 inches. These guys get much bigger than i thought...and my big male is easily 12 inches long. Look for the typical things...bigger odontodes on male, body shape wider in the midsection when viewed from above in females, and head shape wider in males. I'll try and load a couple of pics...but they aren't great views.
